Hixtown Brewing Co.

Pending amendment of the city’s alcohol ordinance, owner Brian Britt plans to open Hixtown Brewing Co. in Villa Ricca. Britt has already leased space on Main Street and is prepared to order the equipment as soon as an ordinance is passed and would target opening by the end of the year. Hixtown would start with a small space and produce approximately 3.5 barrels of beer per brew day but could expand into the space next door or on the upper level of their planned location.
